Sourcing Guard

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of China Sourcing Guard (the "Service"), including the free Supplier Risk Checker and the paid Manual Supplier Risk Report. By submitting a supplier check or ordering a report, you agree to these Terms.

Nature of the Service

China Sourcing Guard is a manual supplier risk report and document review service. We review the supplier information and documents you submit and return a preliminary review based on that information. The Service is not legal advice and is not financial advice. It is not a guarantee of supplier authenticity, factory ownership, delivery performance, or payment safety.

Information You Provide

The Service relies on information and documents submitted by the buyer. We do not independently verify every claim unless a finding explicitly states otherwise. If the information or documents you submit are inaccurate or incomplete, the review may not reflect the actual risk. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Report Delivery Timeframe

The Manual Supplier Risk Report (USD 99) is normally delivered within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed and the required documents have been submitted. Delivery time may be longer if additional documents or clarification are needed. Delivery is made by email.

No Guarantee

Our report is a preliminary review based on submitted information and documents. It does not guarantee that a supplier is safe, legitimate, or reliable. It does not guarantee delivery performance or product quality. Company registration, business license authenticity, and bank account ownership are not independently verified unless a finding explicitly states otherwise.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your final business decisions, including whether to pay a deposit, sign a contract, or place an order. You should not rely solely on our report. You should conduct your own due diligence, consult professional advisors where appropriate, and use secure payment methods before making any financial commitment.

Payment

Payments for paid reports are processed by an external payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your card information. Paid status is confirmed manually; we do not currently use an automatic payment webhook. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, China Sourcing Guard, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any information provided in a report. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on our reports.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
